  • How does a Wellbeing Support Program differ from traditional Employee Assistance Programs?
    Wellbeing Support Programs work from a strengths-based perspective and are centred around individual capacities and goals whereas traditional EAP's are deficit-based and work from a problem-oriented perspective. Talent may also engage in wellbeing support proactively to develop their potential whereas they often only engage with EAP when they are struggling with a personal or professional challenge.
  • How do Wellbeing Support Programs work for an organisation?
    Different to traditional EAP's, Wellbeing Support Programs at Cortex Wellbeing Collective are set up for organisations as PAYG, meaning you only pay for what you utilise. Following an initial set-up, organisations have access to our experienced team of Wellbeing Coaches and Health Specialists. Employees contact our team directly to schedule in their private and confidential coaching sessions. Each month, a report is provided to the organisation indicating usage and associated investment. Research tells us that when employees are happier, they have better workplace relationships, are more productive and extend additional discretionary effort!
