I have been teaching yoga since 2001 and infuse my classes with practical knowledge of anatomy and physiology and a good dose of play.

I have 400 hours training experience in yoga and mainly offer hatha, vinyasa and yoga for backcare for beginners to intermediate students.

Since completing my movnat level 1 certificate this past year, my classes explore natural human movements in conjunction with yoga asana teachings.

Available now for one on one/individualized sessions, workplace yoga, family yoga, bridal parties, retreats, etc.
